Join Ali for a stroll through time along the old Glamorgan Canal. Up to Tongwynlais and along the Taff Trail before return along the banks of the Taff.

The Caerphilly Adventure Group (CAG) is a group of volunteers from across South Wales who provide outdoor activity opportunities for people of all ages and ability.
What do we do?
What do we do?
We arrange, lead and participate in a wide range of outdoor events at all levels, including canoeing, stand-up paddle boarding (SUP), climbing, cycling, bushcraft and hiking. We hold events in Caerphilly, Newport, Cardiff, South Wales and further afield.
